LTSP is an Open Source project and there's a huge community of volunteers willing to help out. If you are in need of help, you can try the mailing list, the IRC channel, or you can purchase support from the people who created LTSP.

  We have an IRC channel on irc.freenode.net. The name of the channel is #ltsp. Pop in there, and ask your question, Hopefully someone will be there to help. Keep in mind that we want to help you to be successful at deploying LTSP, but we're also quite busy, so you need to be efficient with your use of the IRC channel. Get in there, and ask your question, then hang around a bit, so someone can reply. They will almost always have questions to ask you, so please be prompt when answering their questions.
