Swiss German Keyboard configuration

I used LTSP 4.1 with XFree86.
Set the following parameters in your lts.conf file: 

XkbModel    = pc102
XkbSymbols  = de_CH(pc102)
XkbLayout   = de_CH

I have found that with LTSP 4.2 the following needs to be used to get SG keyboard working: 

XkbModel    = "pc102"
XkbSymbols  = "ch(pc102)"
XkbLayout   = "ch"
